**NOTE: The First Ladies "Tiffle Hats Parade" is open to all clubs, not just Houston-based clubs. This is a contest for best decorated hat.

TFL "Tiffle" Hat Requirements: This contest is open to a club's Board Members only. Does the President of your club have a spouse? The spouse wears the hat. If your president is single, follow the chain of command within your club's board of directors. Traditionally, the hat is created by the club members &/or board members.
The hat can be anything related to LUEY weekend or it can be club specific.
T.F.L. (aka: Tiffle_ hats will be paraded by the spouses, during "TIFFLE Tea" on Saturday Night at the BRB,  and again during the Show Of Shows on Sunday at Rich's, where the winner is announced.
