The Houston Council of Clubs invites you to send your message to every participant at LUEY by advertising in the official LUEY program. The LUEY program is the main source of information for all registrants. It contains the LUEY schedule, venue maps and all of the event information. With an average of 1,000 registered participants from 30 states and 5 countries, the LUEY program provides a simple and cost effective way to reach the intended audience with your message.

ADVERTISING INFORMATION AND RATES:
Ad positions requests will be fulfilled on earliest submission and availability.

COVER ADS:

Back Cover = 5" x 8" - Full Color or Black & White - $300

Front or Back Inside Cover = 5" x8" - Full Color or Black & White - $250

DISPLAY ADS: Prices are subject to change.

Full Page = 5" x 8" - Black & White - $90

Half Page = 5" x 4" - Black & White - $60

ADVERTISING DEADLINE:

Deadline for LUEY 37 is December 28, 2009.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

Ads should be submitted on disc and include a laser print proof or emailed in a hi-res format, unless otherwise requested by the LUEY Program Committee.

Acceptable file formats EPS, JPEG, PDF, or TIF.

If assistance is needed in creating your ad, we can get you in contact with our layout supervisor, Steven Bunch, and he can assist you in creating  your program ad.
